Q: I need to replace my nerf bars webbing. Do you sell it separately?
A: We do offer replacement webbing for our nerf bars. Webbing is available in red, blue, black and purple. The webbing runs $39.90 for a set. If you would like to order the webbing you can call 1(866) 653-1647 or (714) 630-5471.

Q: Can you explain the warranty on DG products.
A: DG Performance will warranty product manufactured by DG for 30 days from date of purchase. The 30-day warranty applies to manufactured defects only. This warranty does NOT apply to damaged product from a crash or subsequent damage. If you feel your part in question is applicable, you can call our customer service person.

Q: I bought the Xccelerator exhaust without a spark arrestor. Can I purchase the spark arrestor separately?
A: We do offer a spark arrestor kit for the Xccelerator exhausts. The kit retails for $59.95. This kit will include a chrome end cap with 12 spark-arrested disks.

Q: I have misplaced a few bolts and clamps for my DG products. Can I buy these?
A: We do sell the clamps and bolts separately. To order hardware, call our sales line at 1(866) 653-1647. We are open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Q: I bought a DG exhaust. Should I re-jet my carburetor?
A: For jetting, we recommend increasing your main jet one size richer. However, this is a basic rule. Once the exhaust is installed and the bike is ridden initially- you should check the spark plug color. The easiest way to check if jetting is accurate is by pulling a spark plug. If the spark plug is white, the bike is running too lean. If the spark plug is black or wet, the bike is running too rich. Ideally, you want to see a light golden brown. Your local dealer generally carries those jets in stock.

Q: While riding a wheelie on my quad, it flipped over and broke my grab bar. Is this warrantied?
A: Our grab bars are NOT designed as wheelie bars. If the quad has been flipped the grab bar is NOT covered under our warranty.
